My husband and I would like to share two recent experiences with Carol Berger. Our first experience was as potential "Buyers". I contacted Carol, and gave her specific guidelines for what we wanted in our new home, which included location, size, price and other amentities. She showed us numerous properties all within those guidelines. Several days later, we made an offer on one of those homes and our offer was accepted. Carol took care of everything. The escrow was handled both promptly and professionally.
The second experience was as "Home Sellers." We listed our home with Carol on January 7, 2008, and we opened escrow on March 31, 2008. Again, Carol took charge. She informed us of our responsibilities as home sellers, and constantly kept us informed throughout the entire escrow process. From day one, Carol did an outstanding job as our agent. Our property was posted on the Internet, she held several open houses, and she showed our home numerous times.
In view of today's housing market, I am convinced that Carol's experience, knowledge, tenacity, and work ethic are the reasons that our home sold.
